Starter bolt help

Hey everybody, so, i was puttin the new tranny in and thought everything was good to go untill i started to put the starter back in and realized i had lost my starter bolts. Ive tried looking on forums and i just cant seem to find the size of starter bolts. Its a 6.9 Diesel with a 4 speed. Ive went spelunking at the local junkyards and just as luck would have it i didnt find a single 6.9 diesel. Any help for getting the size of bolts i need would be much appreciated, thanks and have a great day!

I'd imagine they're the same size as those used on the gasoline engines.

Please, when asking questions, list ALL the pertinent info.

What year is it? 1983/84 F250/350 diesel use different bolts than 1985/89 = 380209-S = 3/8" -16 x 1 9/16" long.

Thank you Bill,

Didn't know they used two different lengths, I just grabbed a set and measured the shank length, likely from a 91 or 92, though not sure.
