The AIH relay is still there and the heater in the spider. I bought a stancor GPR so that's what you see. As for the spider it may have been part of the Banks system that was installed. I sold it because I needed a crew cab and it was getting tight for the kids in the back. I found a 05 6.0 that was in great condition for a good price and couldn't pass it up.

It's the glow plug relay for the glow plugs. As for the 6.0 it's a whole different animal. Still getting used to it there's a lot more to keep an eye on but happy with it so far.

Can't say for sure that it's better than OEM I had just installed it in January and sold the truck in May so no real miles on it but judging by the size of it it should last for many years. I bought it from dieselorings.com.

The 6.0 hasn't been deleted or studded and hoping to keep it that way I don't tow heavy and it's not tuned so I should be ok for a while as long as I watch my gauges and keep the temps down.

At least add an aftermarket EGR cooler (like the ones on the 03-early 04) after the third egr cooler on one of the 6.0 I added the Forbidden Diesel bullet proof egr cooler 100k and still leak free.

Edit: Since this picture I have removed the jack tools and painted them so they no longer look like a dog has been chewing on them.
