you will need the left hinge from a newer truck, 2008 and newer. Ford part #F65Z-99430B39-AA I believe. Also get a couple of new mounting bolts for it as you may have to drill the old ones out. Try heat first from a big soldering gun and if that doesn't work drill the head off and then you can put the captured nut plate (accessible from taillight opening) in a vise and heat the remnants of the bolts with a torch and use a vise grip to turn.

The hinge bolts have a high strength thread locker on them. Tried using an impact and broke the bit.
Heated the bolts up with a oxy-acetylene torch and they came out with very little effort. I doubt that a soldering gun would work. A hand-held propane torch should do the job.
