Does anybody have any experience with the Shark Rocket? My daughter has one, and she managed to get a screw trapped in the motor when she was trying to do some serious cleanout.
Anyway, I got one of the covers off, but that's about it. I can't find any hidden screws or the like. The only possibility that I see is a metal piece in the handle that could be some kind of a fastener. I tried prying it out a little, but it's not coming easily, so I quit.
I could not find any online service manuals --even at Sears parts. Possibly there is no good way to take it apart, but I'm hoping that there is.
Just cjecked out youtube -- all reviews and demos -- no serious disassembly. That's what I get on google as well.
Unfortunately, when my daughter lost the screw it managed to wedge itself iin the motor area, and the motor can't turn.
I really appreciate the effort, but that's an owner's manual for a similar model.
There are some of those out there, but they only show how to change the 5 or 6 filters (not kidding !) that come with the darn thing.
