Additionally, It is an "Eddie Bower" with the fuel listed as "gas" if it's a 2wd (can't tell from the pics) it would be an okay price if it's a 4wd it would be a really good price, IMHO.

No way he is selling that for $1500 I suspect typo for sure. Unless it's not what's in the photos and he of course is trying to get you to send payment before delivery, etc, etc, etc...then yes scam! Or they claim they out in mission or deployed, etc.

I am glad you are one of the people interested in buying my 2002 Ford Excursion. It's still for sale, with 88,000 miles , automatic transmission, never involved in any accident,needs nothing but a new owner. It was my ex husbands most precious thing, garage kept since new and it comes with a clean and clear title. I have the title on my name and i am not interested in trades or payments.
I am selling it at this price ($1,500) because I just went through a divorce and when it has finished, I remained the owner and won the custody of my daughter. I, along with my daughter decided to sell the vehicle and we moved to my sister in Evart, MI trying to start a new life. The vehicle brings me bad memories and some money would be helpful in this point of life. Besides, there are a lot of things which have priority now, so, this has to go.
If you are ready to buy it, just email me with your full name and full address including the street number, zip code and phone number, so I can notify eBay that you are selected as my possible buyer and they will contact you to explain the entire procedure.
