Just FYI, I recently shipped 4 wheels from Utah to Michigan for ~$104. You can get wheel boxes from a tire shop and prepay the shipping through "Busfreight.com" and Grey Hound will deliver. I did station to station but you can select door to door, it just costs more. As a comparison, FedEx was ~$183 and ups was ~$228.
A big thank you to Jeremy05 for being a great person, getting wheel boxes and shipping!

Guy was already hauling a boat down here on contract, and he just put the bike in the back of his truck for the cost of fuel. Win/win for both of them. Apparently, that is a common theme on that site, and folks get some really great deals on shipping large items.
