I am in S.E. Oklahoma, and need mechanical help

I have a very nice '65 SWB F100 that runs well, it has a 351W and a 4 speed in it. I am willing to trade it off for a good 390 w/trans, and help putting it in a '63 F100, and making the '63 roadworthy. Am I dreaming? The '65 has 3.70 traction lock and front discs. I am figuring the '65 should be worth about 5K or more. I would also settle for someone helping me get the bugs worked out of the '65. The rear brakes are new but not working the way they should, and a few other small issues.

I am also open to intelligent suggestions. There are not many folks nearby willing to help that I would trust.

I am not against bringing the trucks to you, provided you have great references.
