Alternator help please! which one?
73-79 Ford Truck American Auto Wire Complete Rewire Kit-Broncograveyard.com


Im buying this wiring harness. It says I need a "1 wire, internally regulated" alternator, or a ford gen III alternator.


I want the easiest installation possible, using the stock brackets and pulley if possible. Which alternator should I use, and do you have pics?

Another choice if you want new is a one wire alternator from Summit, Powermaster or Tuff Stuff. I run a Summit 100 amp one wire and it works fine. It has GM guts in a Ford style case so it bolts right in.
