I'm new to classic ford trucks and am hoping you guys can help me out. I'm looking for radius arm bushings for my truck. When I do a part search on NAPA, O'Reilly, etc. a few different styles show up. There are sets that look somewhat similar to the ones on my truck but I'm not necessarily sure the last owner used the right ones. The drive side bushings are completely gone and the others are hanging on by a thread.
Stock height or lifted? Regardless, visit Jeff's Bronco Graveyard... they'll have what you need.
I suggest using polyurethane RA bushings. And since "you're there", the C-bushings should also be replaced since they are likely the same age as the RA bushings... do it once, and do it right.

1977 F-150 Ranger XLT 4x4 Long Bed
1.71" round radius rod bushings (shown as 3B203 in pic at upper right) same: 1966/77 F100 4WD / 1975/77 F150 4WD / 1966 Bronco from serial number 788,001 / 1967/77 Bronco.
Be aware that 1978/79 F150 4WD's (except Super Cabs) and Bronco's use different radius arm bushings than 1966/77 F100 4WD's; 1975/77 F150 4WD's and 1966/77 Bronco's.
These vehicles used D8TZ-3B203-A Radius Arm Bushings. 1966/77's used C6TZ-3B203-B Radius Arm Bushings.
1978/79 F150 4WD Super Cabs have leaf spring front suspension.
Thanks, being a '77 4WD I should be okay, right? It will still fall into the majority? Out of curiosity, do the 2WD 66/77 F150's use different bushings or are they all the same until '78?

1978/79 F150 4WD & Bronco use different radius rod bushings.
1965/75 F100/250 2WD & 1967/75 F350 use different bushings than 1976/79 F100/350 2WD. 4WD's use different bushings.
Got it, I was just wondering if 1966/77 4WD are the same radius rod bushings as 1966/77 2WD.
C6TZ-3B203-B .. Radius Arm Bushing.
1966/77 F100 4WD & Bronco; 1975/77 F150 4WD
-------------------------------------------------------- C5TZ-3B203-B Rear & C5TZ-3B203-C Front .. Radius Arm Bushings.
1965/75 F100/250 2WD; 1967/75 F350.
Notice in the F100/350 2WD pic of the 3A360 radius arm (left side shown)...that the 3B203 front bushing is a different shape than the 3B203 rear bushing.
Ah, yeah. Those are the other version I've seen out there that were confusing me. I ordered the correct ones. From that picture it looks like a previous owner of my truck put the 2WD version on, must be why they got destroyed so easy.
Thank you for the help, learned a lot in this thread. I'll post back when I have it all fixed up.
