10,000 Mile Update!
So far lifetime MPG is 18.4, which I consider to be fantastic and the number is lower than what I would truly consider "normal" as I have been hauling the Polaris RZR far more than usual, plus camping. Up to May my average was about 19.2mpg.
I have had one dead battery, which I believe was the 2nd week of February. Charged it up, tested fine and has held up since then.
One crank, no start in March. Still a mystery and no occurrence since then.
The infamous WIND NOISE is the bain of my existence. Driving solo I suppose I do not notice it as much with the radio and other peripherals. With a passenger I notice the wind more.
The upper track on the rear sliding winding keeps falling down on the passenger side.
I used to have easy access, which is the steering column telescopes in and the seat moves back. The steering column started developing a loud groaning noise on retraction so I turned that feature off. I really should have the dealer look at this fault.
5.0 V8 has been great (except for no-start) in regards to mpg, extraneous noise, oil usage etc. The engine singing while pulling grade is a symphony for sure.
Really like the Goodyear Kevlar tires. I had every intention of immediately swapping them out for BFG KO2 tires, but have been impressed. Good snow and ice traction, quiet and look decent. 10k miles and the tread looks very good.
Paint is holding up well. The hood with dirt roads and truck traffic is taking a beating with some rock chips I have had to fill in. A car backed into me driving thru a parking lot in Las Vegas and the scratches buffed right out on the rear quarter panel and bumper.
2 rock chips in the windshield, when I never have had a single chip in any vehicle prior to the F150 (yes really)
Bluetooth is OK, seems to drop out maybe once a week for some reason. Radio has failed to turn on a couple times, the second time the touch screen or volume **** failed to activate the radio I tried voice command and that worked.
6 Speed transmission is pretty good. I wouldn't consider it as intelligent as the Powerstroke Torqshift that I am used to, but it gets the job done. There has been a time or two where I thought the trans should have shifted either up or shifted down and it held the gear longer than it should have. No major gripe, just as observation.
I do have the driveline "thunk". Added some PTFE and that worked for a couple weeks, but came back. More or less used to it now.
I am sure I forget, or left something out. I do miss having a diesel, however, the interior more than makes up for what I was lacking in the other trucks I have owned.
One thing I would possibly change is getting the 6.5 bed, instead of the 5.5, but not something I lose sleep over. I thought my days of hauling big items was more or less over, and I darn near haul more now than I did with any of the Superdutys.

Ours has also developed the thunk when downshifting from 5 to 4. Not always, only occasionally. It's on the recall list, so I will have that taken care of the next time she goes in for service.
The chrome trim strip on the passenger-side front door handle (inside) has popped off 2 or 3 times. The last time, I cleaned it off real well, and really clamped down on it. That seems to have taken care of it for over 7 months.
We have ~~ 11,000 miles on our in just over a year.
I'm real happy that we (1) got the 6.5' bed, and (2) got the 36 gallon tank.
Over all, very happy with our truck.

As for lights, mine do funky stuff at sunrise as the auto headlights get confused about the ambient light. Nothing weird any other time.
What engine do you have?

What I'd really like is a fog detector that turned on the fog lights when we're in fog (which we do many times per year around here).
