Thread showing barn door mods?
Man, I have searched this part number to death. Never had any luck.
I started to make my own, by using Land Rover Discovery pockets, which un screw from the rear gate. Unfortunately the door pocket was fairly brittle by now and would not wok.
I'm in the middle of this right now, debating on how permanent to make this, but don't really want screws showing...
Holds a ton of stuff - I used to have a huge bin that held all my tools, now I've got everything in the barn doors. Really nice to have these all out of the way now...
- spare oil
- spare ATF
- tow ball
- various ratchets
- recovery strap
- tow strap
- hitch pins

I used 1/4-20 nutserts (4 each) in the corner-most holes that the oem panels used. I then used taper head screws through the panels into these nutserts. You can see the heads but makes it look industrial and holds really well. I decided to not do the net feature that I previously mentioned, and instead I attached a 8x10 piece of 24ga steel to each panel to serve as a magnetic area to store maps, tools, magnetic bolt trays etc. figured it would be more versatile.
I am out of town currently or would take a few pics.
