So I took a video of the squeaking sound my truck makes while coasting in gear. Sorry if this is some super common thing that I somehow have not known. Thanks!
Bad Ujoint(s) is what I think I hear. Like a chirping sound.
Does it make the noise when taking off from a stop? Most of the time bad Ujoints make that chirping sound from a stop and getting up to speed.
If the joints can be greased try that to see if it stops making the noise. If it does stop then you know what the noise was but they need to be changed as the damage is done.

I've taken your responses and am running with it; took off my entire driveshaft and am replacing all three joints. Which is quite the pain. I might have a shop properly install the new joints so i don't screw them up
I did mine on the kitchen table so you should be able to handle it. Just need a couple 2x4s and a big hammer (or a big socket underneath works good too). Plus I watched a youtube video on how to install/remove and where to hammer it so you don't break something.
Good to hear it's fixed.
Did you find any of the caps with rust in them or would not flex smoothly?
If so then that was the one making the noise.

Yes, there was even one that had no more rollers, just dirt. And it was red. Another looked like the rollers were stuck, and they all looked pretty old
