Steering lock up

Steering lock up
When trying to turn left it acts like it wants to sieze or lock up. Turning right is ok. Its very dangerous to drive. Can anyone tell me what to do about this?

If it is a 4wd then the axle u joints are rusted worn and do not want to move like they should. You can try to lube them or turn the axle so they are in a different spot. Probably need new u joints
