There are two different horns used. If you have dual horns, you've got one each.
High pitch horn kit
B8AZ-13832-B
Low pitch horn kit
B8AZ-13833-B
Unfortunately no dealer or obsolete parts supplier has any.
A little more research, it looks like these are also used on Mustangs and are reproduced by the Mustang suppliers. Scott Drake has them, so does Mustang Parts House.

E3AZ-13832-A (replaced D8AZ-13832-A - B8AZ-13832-A & B - B8A-13832-A).
E3AZ-13833-A (replaced D8AZ-13833-A - B8AZ-13833-A & B - B8A-13833-A).
The E3AZ horns look slightly different than the D8AZ/B8AZ horns. The B8AZ horns look slightly different than the original B8A horns.
1973/79 Ford car parts catalog only shows the E3AZ horns.
