Questions on front hitch usage

So I'm planning on using the setup below in the fall during leaf cleanups to transport the blower.

My question is does anyone think there may be a possible issue with this driving on the road? In terms of vehicle traffic laws. Only local travel no highways. I know people carry bikes and whatnot in the front. But bikes don't have a gas tank with an engine on them like this blower. That's the thought process here.

Whatcha think?

I would not worry about it. If police think it is a problem, maybe they will give you a warning. You could always dump the fuel from the tank. Yup, pain in the ****, but you might feel safer.

I'm definitely using it. I did the other day with a different piece of equipment as I had zero room in the dump trailer or truck bed. Had a cop turn and tail me for a bit but that was likely just coincidence as he eventually turned on another road. Even my helper noticed the cop. This is why I brought it up here.

If your state uses front license plates you need to make sure it isn't obscured. Also make sure there is nothing obstructing any of the lights.

Yes for the front plate and have thought about that along with the lights.

Thanks!
