Here's an update. Pulled #2 cylinder injector and the top two orings were split. Pulling rest of injectors tonight and re oringing then. Thanks for all the help guys. I will up date tomorrow after its all done.

You're on it now - cheap O-rings from rebuilder. You'll get it running soon.
