Unhappy No/hard start when hot

Please guys, I've been dealing with this problem for about a month. I don't want to take it to the stealership for them to charge me 170.00 just to tell me whats wrong. I have a stock 99 7.3. It'll start 1st thing in the morning with no problem. But if I go to the store and come back home and try to start after I turn it off it just cranks. I've already replaced o-rings on ipr, I changed the HPOP about 2 months ago because the dealership said it was going out. Brand new fuel filter, air filter, oil change last month, HPOP res. has oil about half to one inch from the top. the only thing I can think of is injector o-rings. If theres anything else you guys can think of I would really appreciate it. thanks in advance.

What kind of motor oil are you using? Have you tried unplugging the ICP sensor when it's hot to see if it will start then?

It's the round thing with wires attached on the inboard front of the drivers head. If the truck starts with this unplugged, plug it back in and if it won't start you need a new ICP. If there is oil in the plug when you disconnect it, that is a symptom of a bad ICP. The PCM has to see a minimum reading of 500 psi from the ICP for the truck to start. Unplugging it makes the PCM assume a default level and will allow a start if the ICP is your problem.
