5.0 efi missing then dying?

5.0 efi missing then dying?
My f150 with a efi 302 is missing through the driving range then every once in a while it missed worse and almost dies then it misses and just stalls. Its not a fuel pump cause it does the same thing on both fuel tanks and I can't figure out what it is.

I did the 6 liter tune up on it when I bought it. Which was about a year ago and I've only put about 7,000 miles on it since. But I pulled some of the plugs, checked them put them back in and it's been fine since. I'm starting to think its a fuel thing so I'm going to replace the pressure regulator and see what that does.
