SCT Tuner Update Error

I just got my SCT x4 in today. I followed the directions and went to the SCT site and dowloaded the updater.

When I go to automatically update the device it reads " Update server unavailable"

I have tried this on two computers now. Any suggestions?

Any idea when there will a fix for the exhaust backpressure reading on the livewire?
