SCT LIVEWIRE
My dad has a SCT livewire on his 2008 powerstroke and I was wondering how you put a custom tune on the programmer.

You use your PC and connect it to the PC using the cord that came with the tuner.

How do I load Email Tunes onto my X3/SF3, Livewire, TSX, GM SF3 3415 or X3 3400 Tuner? - SCT SupportSuite

I guess a program will pop up when it is plugged in?

It should if the driver installs properly. Its been a while since I loaded tunes in my tuner so I can't remember everything I had to do.
