Fluctuating TPS
My idle has been a bit erratic lately as well as getting a check Engine light . I pulled codes and came up with 121 , 122 , & 123 . Which are "Closed throttle voltage higher or lower than expected" , Throttle position sensor below minimum voltage" , "Throttle position sensor above maximum voltage"
I figured it was a faulty TPS . So I replaced it with a new unit . When I checked the new TPS with key on and engine off it fluctuates from .60 to 1.20 .
Anyone have any idea what would cause this? What else can I check?

Fluctuating TPS
Is it fluctuating that much without moving the throttle? The range of resistance doesn't sound too far off unless its doing that with no movement from the throttle. If thats the case, I'd say check for loose connections or broken/frayed wires. A wire shorting to ground (especially if its intermittant) will pose all sorts of strange effects on microvoltage sensing devices.
