2007 Supercharged 5.4 hesitating

I was driving to work this morning, when I stopped at a stop sign, the truck hesitated when I accelerated again. It started running ok and had no more hesitation issues the rest of the way to work. Only thing is, the boost gauge was not reading any pressure, and truck seemed to have less power. Once I got to work, I shut the engine off and restarted, seemed to be ok. Truck has a Roush intercooled supercharger on it.
Any ideas? Thanks

Could be any number of things, but I'd start looking at the S/C.
When you say "seemed to be ok", does that mean pressure was back?

Since I left work yesterday, the gauge is working again, and there has been no more hesitation.

If it happens again, I'd look at the vacuum operated bypass valve.
