The OP replaced the brake fluid reservoir and that fixed his problem.
also check your e brake switch and wiring, also make surebthe E brake is actually disengaging.
I'm ordering a reservoir tho my testing did not lead that way initially. The brake light was inop and I had cluster out for my health. It works now lol. Everyone says pull the bulb out of abs but I'm just not that guy.
I'm dragging this relic up. I'm battling it on my rig and I'm about to burn it to the ground honestly.
I was pulling a trailer with faulty wiring one time. After that my anti lock light was on. Turned out a fuse was blown in the in cabin fuse panel. I don't recall which fuse it was, maybe #15, but replacing the blowen fuse made the light go out. Hope it is that simple.

The fuse associated with the red brake warning light is good akaik. I gou the light working with Park brake application. . I pushed the float down with a screwdriver but light is inop for that. Will that cause this? Heck idk lol. The code is for light On causing abs. I guess I'm going to do a master for this plus that's literally the only thing in the brake I have never replaced in all these years.

Just to be clear, the light in my case was for the antilock or abs or what ever they call it, not the red brake light.
