Ford headgaskets and ARP head studs

The BPD kit seems expensive for what's included. Headgasket retail is $198 each at Ford dealer, and that includes updated standpipes. So $400 for headgaskets, another $420 for studs...not sure where all of the next $450 is going towards in their kit. And it doesn't include intake gaskets.

Mine is at the dealer being done now. Hopefully I'll have her back soon!

The intake gaskets are reusable. Also they are only about $12.00 each.

it has a air pocket somplace in system holding water level you see, leave it and run it,just look and make sure you can see few inches worth in coolant tank every day or two,if you overfill or just add to much with seaping gskts it will puke some out till its low enough no more puking, you may look one morn and see none in tank, no air pockets holding water so level went down, next morn may be high in tank, air pocket holding level up, air can be anyplace in system, not just the tank, are you going to do head gskts soon.

I don't think the water pump is pumping 16 psi. It's just moving water threw the system
Not pressurizing it.

The pump won't get it to 16 psi. If the pump is not pumping, running it hot will increase the pressuere, but that should be obvious during the pressure testing with the gauge plumbed into the decade Jose.

Blown HGs will build pressure before it runs hit.
