I believe i fueled up with some bad gas and now i am only pulling fuel from my aux rear tank and neither one of my gauges are working correctly.
Would the tank selector failing cause the gauges to fail also? Could it be just a blown fuse?

I think the fuel gauges are on one circuit and the tank selector circuit is on another. The fuel gauges are on the same circuit as the other gauges. Do the temp and oil pressure gauges work okay? If so, that part of the circuit is getting power. There is no fuse for the gauges, only a fusible link that also feeds the radio, wipers, cruise control, and other circuits.
The tank selector solenoid is protected by a fuse. If that fuse blows, or power is lost for any reason, the solenoid is spring-loaded to the rear tank. No other items are on that circuit.
The selector switch is the only common point to the two gauges and the solenoid. Unless you've got some weird wiring issue causing two faults at once, the selector switch is your most likely culprit.
