This is an odd complaint. I have had my 16 Screw 150 Lariat for a month and a half. The drivers side big mirror is blurry at distances. Last night, coming home in the dark, I thought there were 2 cars behind me. there was only 1. But there were 2 sets of headlights until it got right behind me and then they merged into one. It is the same during the day. Has anyone noticed this?

Sounds like it's vibrating the glass.. Not the first I have heard of doing this... Go tell the dealer about it...
I've experienced this in other vehicles when the electrochromic fluid had drained from between the panes or is otherwise compromised. If it's doing it outside of a vibration, I would say the mirror glass may need to be checked out by the dealer. The fluid serves to refract the light in such a way between the mirror itself and the glass cover that the two images are unified but without the fluid you get the double image you're talking about.
