That sounds like my dealer. They must not really want to sell me a truck or they would have gotten with their rep to get an allocation or got one from another dealer. I think tomorrow I will start calling other dealers to see if they will match the trade price and actually place the order instead of jerking me around.

 

My dealer here... (Small Town and only Dealer) gave me the run around for three weeks.... (Yes, I brought it to Fords attention), and it still didn't get ordered. Called down to Fort Worth and it was all over in 30-45min with confirmation sheet in hand. Truck is now on Santa's Rail system en-route someplace.

I had kinda that same thing happen to me back in 2011 and found a truck in Tx and flew down and drove it back the same day.

 

I just got my VIN today. Original priority was 10 but I think it was changed to Priority 01 by Ford- dealer and rep helped a lot. Retail order. Ordered 4/18. F450 Platinum. Scheduled week of August 29.
