3 more weeks till terminal leave, waited a long time for this time to finally come around. Next month I will be back in the states for a year, man how time flies.

We had some friends over yesterday, BBQ'd and shot off some fireworks. My day ended at 1AM, my wife stayed up till 3. We were suppose to go to the lake early this morning and have a little fun before the oppressive heat kicks in, HA that's not going to happen.
The 4th of July is extra special for us as it was the first major holiday we had together when the wife and I were dating.

I bought groceries and worked on the camper shell and cab visor for the truck. They should be primered this week. Bodywork on the truck is on hold till I get to Summitt to get more filler
We took the boat out Friday afternoon for about 3 hours and it drove perfect. High oil pressure, no fuel in the oil and the runnability problems are gone. I used my new rotary buffer on the boat hull yesterday and my arms are so sore today.
We went into town last night to see the fireworks and little man was fascinated by them.
It's turning wrenches but that's fine with me, It's an awesome company and where I need to be on income.
Ft Benning waited till yesterday to tell me that my leave was messed up and my last day in uniform is now the 19th of August. I hope to start with them around the 25th of this month when my Permissive TDY kicks in and just take off days that I need to clear the post.
I had to fix my big Snap On box, It had a bent locking mech and it quit locking the drawers. It was fine being in my basement but taking it to work will be a different story.
