Not such a good start

Our camping crew contains 3 5th wheels, a travel trailer and a low boy trailer carrying a golf cart. Must have been on some rough roads because the residential refrigerator in my in laws Columbus slide off the slide pedastal and all and fell doors first onto the kitchen table putting 2 large dents in the stainless doors. Doesn't appear that the refrigerator was secured to slide with only a bead of caulk. No screws or bolts have been found.

We had a flat tire on the golf cart trailer. After finding a replacement tire we finally made it to the cap ground. A trip that should have taken a little over 3 hours turned into 8.

If I drank I would be wasted now. Hopefully not a sign of the rest of the weekend.

Sorry to hear about your troubles.

Look at this way...at least your out and about in stead of stuck at home.

Right now it is secured temporarily. Will go back to the dealer when we get back. With it being on the slide, not sure how it will be secured permanently.

That sounds to be about par with my camping adventures.

I can't speak to yours, but often there is a wall bracket up towards the top so it can't tip forward.

Didn't get back there but my son said there was a piece of metal and a whole lot of silicone. The LG refer is on a 5-6 inch platform. The whole platform come out off of the slide and leaned over onto the table and chair. The only reason we found it was because the compressor was making a heck of a racket from being leaned over.

Just a little ding
