No start

No start
So, here we go
Truck is a 99, she has do tuner, she doesn't start
History, today for no a wet floor mat after a rain, truck was trying to start itself. I did eventuall smoke the relay on the firewall, but was able to jump the two lugs to get her started.
Went to local glass place, was informed truck showed to much rust, would cost no less the 400 to reveal windshield, if the windo didn't break.
Went to auto zone and bought window sealant and relay.
Sealed window, took meter to see if relay coil wire still engaged, it is. Did not install relay.
Went back out to truck, checked to see if voltage still at the coil,mint is, got a call to go weld a trailer. Loaded the welder, went to jump relay, truck turns over, will not start.
Went to fuse 30( fuel bowel heater) checks good, went to every fuse I and verified good, found trailer charge fuse gone, but other then that looked good

I had a difficult time understanding your post.
From what I gathered, the GEM may have gotten wet and needs to dry out. Although, this is just a guess based on what I could decipher.
Keep us posted if you find anything before someone else responds.
