well today I was driving and all of a sudden, My windows stopped working...since I am not at work, I didnt have all of my eletrical prints with me, so I did search and came back with this old thread. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post10996971
It was great, all prints were there!!!
But sadly, I sitll have not found the missing gap.. where did my 12 volts stop at..
the only reason I do not though is, I dont know where the GEM is located, and I sure as hell can get my hands up into the firewall enough to follow the bunble, as it stands right now, it looks like I got into a fight with a cat, with all the scratches..
so. help?? Other wise I am pulling a fuse 12 volt to the switch today..
Are you saying the ACC relay is not operating and when you jumper across 30 and 87 the windows work? If so then CB 25 is not tripped. It should also by a self resetting CB as well.
If the ACC Delay relay is not working check fuse 4 and 22.
You can also swap the Acc Delay relay with the One Touch Down relay.
ANOTHER SYMPTOM IDENTIFIED THIS MORNING, sorry for the caps, interior lights are not working..hmm..need to get back into the prints latter today.. Might be a big indicator.
Back to acc delay relay.. I swapped the one under the hood.. I thought more then once.. is there more, am I missing something.. only time and a meter will tell. Hopefully I will get to it at lunch, but got ALOT going on sadly.
