Classifieds again....

Wondering if there has been any progress in re-doing the classified section or at least creating a new section just for the 47 and older stuff?

Do you mean for vehicles or parts? For parts you can search '47 and older. For vehicles, yes, it starts at '50.

I had mentioned before a person has to know exactly what they are looking for by name or hope that the seller has posted it correctly to find it. It would be helpful for example, instead have a for sale area that covers anything 47 and older, that you can post and or browse like other forums.

Just for curiosity I tried doing a search for several dates into the top field, nothing showed up even though when I looked manually there were items containing those dates.

I also typed in for instance 1966 Ford truck, nothing shows up after the search containing that but other non related items. It is possible that the search feature(s) need to be tweaked so that it is more user friendly therefore more traffic.

Currently a user has to scroll through all of the ads to hopefully find what they are looking for.

Just a thought or two. I spend a lot of time here now but don't post to the classifieds much for these reasons. Hope that portion can be improved.
