2009 F350 Dash Panel Removal

I need to remove the panel to the left of the dash that has the headlight switch and AC outlet in it. Any ideas???

It just pulls off. Grab the bottom and pull out n up. The headlight switch stays attached to the dash and the panel pulls off.
