ford tailgate cam

looking at display in mirror, it started jiggling, went to blue screen, went off
Did this for a couple days, now nothing
Im thinking loose wire but where???

Is this a known ford problem?
wire bundle coming out of tailgate looks intact

What about the wires that plug into the back of the mirror? Did you check those?

i've wiggled them. didn't stick my head in enough to see a plug. we have been hanging a handicap placard from mirror since nov.
will send wife out to look
