Never heard of it and probably will never use it in my diesel fuel. It said disperses moisture. I want moisture to stay together so the HFCM filter can catch and hold it so i can dra in it off. If that stuff breaks up the water so it passes through the filter onto the injectors it may damage the injectors, specifically the tips.
I wouldn't use it in the fuel either. I was thinking more for an oil additive. I bought it for my old truck to treat the oil, after sitting for 5 years I have a slight lifter tick.
Anyhow, I picked it up from a local diesel shop and they swear by the stuff. I also remember a long time ago the old timers used it in everything.
It says it helps a ton of things including removes varnish. I figured it might help with stiction?? I don't know and I've never had a stiction problem either.

Most places that sell snake oils "Swear by it".........They're the ones making money by selling it!
Engine manufacturers usually never condone oil (or fuel) additives in their engines except maybe anti-gel fuel additives used on NON-winterized fuel etc.....
If it is determined by a Cummins dealer or distributor that use of a non-Cummins product has caused a failure during the Cummins warranty period, then the repair of that failure would not be covered by Cummins warranty.
Mack Trucks, Inc., neither recognizes nor recommends the use of any fuel additives. We do allow a maximum of 5% bio-diesel fuel to be blended
with regular diesel fuel for use in our engines
There are many different types of fuel additives that are available to use. Caterpillar does not generally recommend the use of fuel additives.
Seems that the additives are generally recommended by the people that sell them.
