This morning I drove to the store to get snuff . I bumped into a friend of mine at the four way he was driving his 2013 f2 6.7 . I was in front of him and he was on my a** so I stuck it ( I'm running a TS chip with factory can tunes ) and the motor sounded like it was fixin to rip out of the truck but was hardly moving . I have 143k 4" straight pipe ,cold air intake, big wastegate , TS chip , boost fooler , rebuilt 4r100. It honestly felt like the trans wasn't putting the power to the wheels . Do any of y'all have any ideas? Thanks
Have a code reader? Read the transmission output shaft speed vs the input speed in 3rd gear while you romp it. They should be within about 10 of each other. Also look at torque converter slip while doing so.
Check the tranny fluid, if it's low or burnt/old that can be a cause as well.

Thanks for the reply .
I don't have a code reader . I have been looking into AE and really don't know what I'm looking at . What is a good diagnostic tool that doesn't cost a fortune ? I have changed the trans oil and filter 2,000 miles ago . The only time the check engine light comes on is the first 3 min after start up .
