On the parking brake cables I would need to know what size rear brakes you have. If it were me I'd replace both. Especially if I locate both part numbers at the same NOS parts company. Let me know which size brakes you have and I'll run those two numbers on some locators.

JEFFFAFA: Thank you for the advice and offering up the help. I don't know how to properly measure drum brakes though haha. Any simple advice?
The best way is to remove your rear hub and drum assemblies and measure the width of your shoes. You will have to do this to replace the parking brake cables anyways. They connect to the rear brakes inside the drums. I strongly suggest you buy a shop manual so you can read up on repairs. But I can tell you the rear hub and drum assemblies and their hub bearings 1969 From serial number F30,001 until 1972 F250,E300,P350 were retained by a 2.56" O.D hex nut. 4 of them. With fold over tab lock washers to keep them in place. Which takes a steel 2 9/16" socket to remove.
