Low fuel pressure
I got to ask - what did you end up doing...I just got the phone call, after asking them to look for the cardboard in the fuel tank as suggested via this thread, that they found the same thing! Told me the approx. bill due to labor right now, and I don't understand how warranty is not covering it - especially since the fuel additive is listed as proper maintenance in the owners manual.
Warranty covers manufacturer defects. If you dropped a PM22 cap seal into the tank, that's on you. Man up and deal with it. Ford is not at fault for your mistake, whether they say to add the PM22 or not.

Just saw in the other thread that your truck was a CPO, with oasis listing failures prior to your purchase. In this case the dealer should step up to the plate and take care of it, as there has been a prior history that should have been resolved before it was resold. Talk to the GM.
