Stuck woodruff key
Yeah so i was replacing my harmonic balancer and now the key is stuck and ive tried to chisel it out but no success. I just keep spraying it with wd40 and am hoping to fix tomorrow. Any tricks i should try?

AeroKroil works better than PB Blaster. You may try very carefully warming it up with a small torch and while it is warm hit it with a good quality penetrating oil. The heat will wick the oil in as it cools.

So i did all i could and i kind of just ruined the key lol i too the timing cover off and found that the key is actually pressed underneath the crank gear. So i called my mechanic buddy and he is towing it tomorrow to his shop and is going to remove the gear and get it all done.... There goes about $500 i guess....
