Bout the best I can do is to move the glare for you.
Your orientation is correct. The black spot on the cover is the back side where there is no sign of anything wrong

You either need to replace the PCM Computer or replace the two capacitor and repair any damage to the board from both of them leaking.

Also that looks like the wrong PCM for your truck. The parts are saying 1993 and you have a 1994. A 1993 PCM is wrong for a 1994 truck.
A 1994 truck uses a CCD PCM and a 1993 uses a push-start PCM. They also use different ICM's.

Do you have the calibration number off the drivers door post?
If so maybe we can look up the right PCM for your truck.

The calibration in the photo below is 0-98A-R05 for an example.

Your photos show the caps leaking onto the board. So at least you need to install new caps and clean up the board where the leaked.

For the PCM:
Number on unit is F4TF-12A650-SB.
Ford part number is F4TZ-12A650-SB

Can I get this one tested anywhere?
Should I go to Ford for the replacement or is Oreilley's ok?

Ford will not have one.
O'Reilly is OK.
You do not need it tested as the problem is obvious.

I had to go into civilization today and checked with Oreilley's. They don't show the F4TZ. Only the F4TF.

O'Reilly will not show the Ford part number. They only show the engineering or drawing number that Ford puts on the part.
Ford will not put a part number on a part.

Buy the F4TF-12A650-SB PCM Computer.
