91 Intake vs 96 Intake
I purchased a 96 5.8 to rebuild for my 91 F-250 so I could just do a quick engine change when Its ready. When I removed the upper intake I noticed the ports are oval shaped and I'm sure my 91 is rectangle or square shaped (been awhile since I had it off). Did they do this for any specific reason and would it benefit me to run one over the other. All I am interested in is low end torque for towing a trailer, no high rpm stuff. Appreciate any info
