I really wish that I had the knowledge and time to learn to rebuild an engine. I think it is something that I would enjoy and see the benefits from.

Looks great.
No rebuild, just a "low mile" take out, had to swap heads because it had 8 bolt heads and I need 10 bolt.
There is not much to it, I dont know or want to know assembling rotating units, but bolting crap is bolting crap.

Sous, I haven't done one of these but I did my 400hp Cummins and a GM 350CID gasser. They're not overwhelming to do and it is a gratifying experience. There are some things that you need to make it happen though...

Aftermarket oil jets? Did you do the welding or did they come that way?
Another motor? I must have missed what happened to the last one. Or are you just keeping a spare now?
