I would love to clean up my engine. Just really scared that I am gonna get some water in a connector or something that doesn't want water and it's gonna cause havoc. My be I just need to close my eyes and do it.
Seth, being in LE I have been to many structure fires and I have never met a fire fighter who was afraid to spray a hose on anything. I have seen more water damage than fire damage at some. Just don't concentrate on areas like the alternator and other electrical and you will be fine.

Good one. See there is a major difference. I am no water conservationist when it comes to a fire hose, but also don't normally have any emotional attachment to the stuff I am putting out. Try to be careful but also don't want to come out for a rekindle. Where as with the truck I know water plus electrical connections equals trouble Plus she is my baby.
