ive put a replacement powerstroke in my 95 f350 and cannot get it to run.I have all new sensors including IPR installed, i am not getting any smoke from the tail pipe also i have no fuel coming out the shrader valve wen i crank the truck.the wts light works fine and the gpr is working.
no i did not, how do i refill the HPOP and rails? i have tried to take the !/4 inch square plug on top of the hpop out and i broke a 1/4 inch drive extesion off and was unable to budge it
That's a tough one, removing one of the sensors and filling thru it, and the rails just remove one of the plugs on the head and get a skinny funnel and fill till it drips out.
the replacment motor was the same year as the one i took out.it was a complete motor so i used it. every sensor on the motor is new. i replaced the gpr and firewall starter relay, new fuel pump and new fuel bowl with a new harness.i got it to run briefly in the junked truck i took it out of
None of the electronics would have any bearing on the fact that there's no fuel feed. Check fuel line connections. Also check to see if primary stage of fuel pump is filling the bowl.

I failed to note that little tidbit of information...
I opened the fuel bowl and filled it up. When I crank it with the lid off the bowl I can see bubbles coming out the fuel and the level appears to rise slightly then falls slightly after I stop cranking.i haven't cranked it long just a few seconds
