4r100 help

I rebuilt my 2000 f250 v10 transmission. But it is acting like it is low on atf it will move but just even if i rev it up forwards or back. Any help would be great right now.

Ensure it is full of fluid. Check the line pressures any thing under 70 psi in any gear is to low.
