I have a whole steering column assembly in the shop I can take pictures if neccessary......Ill check back here ..
I'll bet you need the one that holds the collar to the shaft that comes out of the steering box....I believe everyone is correct its a 12 point 7/16 but....if needed I can take a pic.

That must be the one. According to the one in the drawing that is suspended just above the rag joint coupler. Well the one I got from Napa seems to be working fine. It is a hardened 8 bolt so I am confident it will continue to do the job. I may pull it and put some locktight just for some insurance.
