New Windshield - No Crank

New Windshield - No Crank
Just had the windshield replaced in my 05 F250 and when the techs left the truck will not crank. It ran to pull out of the garage for them to work on. They are suppose to be coming back to check it out.
Any idea what they could have done? My son was there and said they didn't open the hood.

There were two technicians and one was a trainee. One came back and found a uncoupled wire under the hood that must have been in the starter circuit because it started after it was plugged back in. So much for no one under the hood.
