Truck sometimes shifts hard from 1-2 and then sometimes I have to crack crack the throttle to get it to shift. Checked the fluid and it was full. I can get it to shift better if I go 1-2 on the column.

No codes on the trans or the engine. All fluid good. Have an oil leak from the right side of the engine and on the right. Could it be the solenoid pack acting up?

Does it happen hot or cold?
did you check fluid level when hot?

 

Does it have a chip?

 

Happens more often when it's hot I've noticed. Trans fluid level is good.

 

Yes, TS6. Does it in all levels but I leave it in stock to prevent it from kicking down into 1st

 

Maybe like Nick is hinting at, remove the chip and see if it does it.
