AC Blower Low On Remote Start

Traded in my 2011 F-350 on a 2016 F-250 and yesterday was my first day with it. Remote start it after work and get in it and notice the AC fan is blowing real gentle. I adjust the temp colder and the fan slows down. Adjust temp higher and fan speeds up. Adjust back to original temp, turn AC off then back on and it blows way harder than it was when I got in. Same thing happens next time I remote start it. The third time I get in I start with the key (no remote start) and the AC blows hard right from the beginning. My uncle's 2015 does the same thing. Is this "normal" for these trucks or is there a fix for it? It kinda defeats the purpose of remote start if the AC barely blows.
