Platinum Axle Ratio
On the build & price site of my SD, F350, Super Crew, 8' bed, B20 diesel, SRW, Platinum is not available with the 3.31 axle ratio. I am almost entirely driving on expressways.
Why would the 3.31 not be available?

Because the platinum only comes with 20" wheels which reduces the gear ratio. As a matter of fact, it's not just the platinum but any truck you order with 20" wheels will not be able to be ordered with 3.31's. On another note, any truck ordered with 20" will also not be able to have the camper package. This is because although the 20" tires are rated higher than 18's, the wheels themselves don't have the same lateral strength as 18's needed to handle a top heavy load like a slide in camper...
